The "Attack Potency" section has feats that do not match the level.

This should be basic, he is 8-B due to durability, and he has 8-B AP due to being able to harm those who can harm him.

That's correct, but the feats don't match the City Block level.

He has 8-B AP due to being able to harm those who can harm his 8-B durability and those comparable to him.

Durability feat is just as valid as AP feat.

This is common for characters, those would be called supporting feats for the tiering

These feats are not City Block.

Those are listed as supporting feats for a tier, if you want another piece of justification that "Can harm characters who can harm him" can be added, but besides that this does not seem like a big problem

Yeah supporting feats are very common to be on a AP section

However, a "can harm characters who can harm him" would be a good addition in this case

If neither of the feats listed in the AP section are city block level, then a "can harm characters who can harm him" would be a needed addition imo. I'll just go to the All purpose request thread to ask if a sysop or content mod could add it themselves considering its only a sentence that needs to be added.

None of the real world tanks that we have profiles for on the wiki have 8-B dura.

Melting or incinerating a tank is 8-B, destroying a tank is only 9-A to 8-C iirc
