Instantaneous Transportation of the Universe

Hey everyone, I’d like to get your thoughts on something without focusing on specific feats to avoid any potential biases.

Question:


If a character can physically spin or move a 3-A construct out of the way and instantly brings another one, while stating that this process consumes a significant amount of energy, how would you scale this feat?

Feel free to share your opinions—there are no right or wrong answers here. I’m interested in hearing your reasoning behind your views.

If they move it physically, it would fall under Lifting Strength. The same applies if it's done through Telekinesis, although if that Telekinesis can be used offensively to crush someone, it could also scale to AP. Regardless, it would qualify as a 3-A feat. I'm not sure what you mean by 'instantly bringing another,' though.

Even if this can be considered as a form teleportation or transportation of the universe which is an Hax?

The technique used by this person makes it possible to instantly transport the world in which he exists alongside those around him to a different space. unlike most teleportation techniques where one moves themselves as well as others to a destination, this person instead moves the destination itself to himself simultaneously replacing it with the other.

Does reality warping that significantly affect a 4d structure get a rating?

Does an existent erasure technique that significantly affects a 4 d structure get a rating?

Why then does a transportation technique hax or not that affect a 4d structure not get a rating?

It does not matter who this is for as I'm asking a general question and not focusing on Naruto or any verse in other to avoid debate. But lets debate the context anyway since you brought her up.

this is not regular BFR like you claim Kaguya already as an ability like that, that moves you or different people to a different space it is called

• Yomotsu Hirasaka (黄泉比良坂, Underworld Slope Hill): Kaguya can instantaneously transport herself to another location by opening a rift between her current position and her desired destination. She can also use this ability to launch sneak attacks by partially entering a portal to attack her foes from a blind spot. She can also forcibly send a single target through one of these rifts in order to isolate them in one of her dimensions. This can happen quickly enough

One transport just limited things ( like herself and maybe other) and the other transport a whole universe by physically spinning it .

If they physically move the dimensions or do so with Telekinetic powers it would be a Lifting Strength feat for whatever moved said worlds.

If they use an ability to switch the dimensions they or other people are currently in, that would be Spatial Manipulation/BFR and a range feat for that ability.
