Just here to ask why did nedge just delete a bunch of the pages that got memed? They were still actual pages, that's not a reason for deletion.

I don't like it either

A 6 month restriction before using topics was suggested above. I thought he was in the wrong place at first too.

Just checked, I think they were just moved to something else but with no redirection link.

They were moved not deleted as mentioned and explained above, Wokista.

Ah, yes I see it now. That doesn't seem like a good idea to me either. (I mean, I've not even been here 6 months, does that mean my ability to do that would be stripped away?)

I think the Forum Topics Pages should be put in the Discussion Rules because I still see threads with many inappropriate discussion topics.

Going in threads and explaining the topic to explained others is tedious when many members might be unaware of the conclusion so having a rule would make inappropriate discussion topics far less-likely as many members follow the wiki rules

That seems like a good idea. I am open for suggestions regarding what the new rule should say.

Would something like this be fine?

"Only add topics that are directly relevant to discussion threads. This includes the names of verses and characters for which revisions are being argued about. However, do not add mostly unrelated topics, such as for instruction or policy pages, unless the contents of the pages themselves are being discussed. Otherwise it will get hard to find important older discussions for each particular subject. Click here for further informatio."

I am open for help with refining the wording of the text, as I am very busy.

Okay. What do the rest of you think?
