Fi won't be affected by snailing. The problem is reaching Weather when Link believes to be a snail and holds the sword in his hand.

Fi will have a hard time reaching Weather. The real question is: Can Fi reach Weather Report?

I mean. If Fi is the one being attacked here, Weather can't kill her. Her dura is way too high for him.

Incap/BFR is still fair game. The fight is technically against Link, so if Fi cannot defeat Weather Report before he wins the match via incap, Weather wins.

Not really. Fi's ability don't have good range, except for telepathy, so it needs to travel 4km while Link holds the sword. If anything, it's completely stacked against Fi.
