Someone said that Batman could use prep-time to beat Flash, and then when someone said that Flash technically has billions of years of prep-time whenever Batman blinks, the person said just because Flash has that much time to react to Batman's attacks doesn't mean he can prepare for them.

This can be true in certain cases. A character can be physically not on the level of a 5-B and much lower but have like a special blade that can cut much more powerful characters. Just look at Wolverine. He's 8-A physically but can cut characters who casually take supernova level events.
 
@Soldier That was not the case of the thing tho.The character in question had cut the Planet buster guy arm without any special weapons.
 
Hell? What are you talking about? I'm pretty sure we've done quite well with this planet.
 
a person actually just told me You can't powerscale Goku because all his opponents have diffent Abilites and traits then him. Basically quoting death battles reasoning
 
The main issue I always had with that logic is that it completely ignores the fact that Goku beat a guy who, while extremely low on energy and cut in half, could survive a planet exploding.
