Why ask this is because Nami HATED Arlong and her tier for BoS series does not make sense because if she already was stronger than Arlong then she would have either quit as Arlong's navigator or taken out Arlong herself and then take a long well deserved money bath and just calls it a day.


But not before freeing her home though.
