GT is an AP amp that went from Ichigo not harming the Gillian to forcing it to retreat, not scratching Grimmjow to giving him a scar. Its obviously a noticeable AP increase.

Bleach characters cross km in an instant from their own perspective when using Shunpo so that hardly makes a difference.

The link on Yhwach's page says 54 exatons. And this is for a casual Yhwach chilling on his throne. He needed to get serious against TS Hollow Merge while TB Hollow Merge was so much stronger he didn't even bother to fight it and just noped it immediately with Almighty.

Can he touch souls? I believe he can use his potion before Ichigo arrives, but he would still be at a disadvantage.

Yes, he can harm ghosts, spirits, and other intangible enemies.

Also, the Terrarian can carry all of his potions at once (or at least the ones useful for battle), and use them all at once. It's pretty much standard procedure for boss fights.
