Ichigo Kurosaki(True Shikai) vs Naruto Uzumaki(The Last)

Merged Hollow gives a pretty big multiplier although we don't know how big it is. For all we know Merged Hollow True Shikai might be a mid end of High 6-A or even close to 5-C. But it does seem much fairer than True Shikai Ichigo which is like what 200x weaker than Naruto?

We should either switch to merged hollow form or close this thread and re-make it with a different version of Ichigo
