Ichiban Ushirou Daimaou's power and the "story" concept

Well, I've always been intrigued by Akuto and The Law of Identity by how powerful they are and unlike many characters of similar tier in this site, the info on the background on those two is somewhat limited.

More precisely is the concept of stories. After finding out about those two I decided to take a look at the anime and manga. I couldn't go too deeply into them or find much info due to time issues and work, much less so for the Light Novel, but the adaptations don't really seem to explain really well what are the stories or how is the setting built in them,(and from what I got, the adaptations left out a lot of important details of the setting and plot) the powers and action seem pretty straightforward until the computer gods. So I was wondering a few things: are the stories part of the lore of the novel or more like part of the powers of Akuto and TloI? Is the main plot just "another story"? What was the relationship between TloI and the Demon King?

Thanks in advance
