I want to test something- make your own spell

So I'm working on a thing and I want to test part of it.


Rules: 1 element per spell. A spell can have range or AOE not both. Ball or wall not both.
If a spell takes 3 seconds or less to cast that spell can be cast and the caster can attack if it takes more than 3 seconds to cast then casting that spell is the casters turn. Each turn is 5 seconds.
If a spell has no range or AOE the spell is cast on the user or inside of the caster.
If a spell has 0 duration it does nothing.
You have 20 points to make the spell. You have a max of 25 mana.


Cost: costs -1 point for each mana it will cost, must cost at least 1 mana.
Fire: costs 19 points. 1 point for every additional attack point. +1 second cast time, +.1 second cast time for each stat point, makes the spell elemental.
Ice: costs 19 points. 1 point for every additional intelligence point. +1 second cast time, +.1 second cast time for each stat point, makes the spell elemental
Earth: costs 19 points. 1 point for every additional defense point. +1 second cast time, +.1 second cast time for each stat point, makes the spell elemental
Lightning: costs 19 points. 1 point for every additional speed point +1 second cast time, +.1 second cast time for each stat point, makes the spell elemental
Acid: costs 14 points +1 second cast time, makes the spell elemental
Poison: costs 14 points +1 second cast time, makes the spell elemental
Heal: costs 18 points, restores HP. 1 point for every 2 HP it heals. +3 second cast time, heals once every 5 seconds, and needs a duration of at least 5 seconds to be cast.
Mind attack: costs 22 points, does damage based on the user and target's intelligence.
Attack: costs 1 point. makes the spell offensive. If the spell hits or is used on something it does damage based on the users attack and the targets defense.
Motion: costs 3 points for every meter of movement +.2 second cast time per meter of movement. If used it forces the target to move the set distance in the selected direction, if their is an obstacle in the path of the motion the target will slam into it and take damage.
Illumination: costs 2 points for each square meter of illumination +.15 second cast time per square meter of illumination
Stats: costs 5 points for each stat point +.5 second cast time per stat point.
Steal: costs 15 points for each item. +.75 second cast time per item stolen
Duration: costs 1 point for each second of duration. +.1 seconds of cast time for each second of duration
AOE: costs 1 point for every 2 meters of diameter, +.25 second cast time per 2 meters of diameter, max distance a spell takes effect, effects all within the AOE other than caster, caster is center.
Range: costs 1 point for every meter +.25 second cast time per meter of range, max distance a spell can take effect, can only be cast on a single target
Ball: the spell is a projectile, it travels in a straight line starting from where the spell was cast until it hits something, once it hits something it stops. Not AOE compatible. Costs 5 points, 1 magic point for every speed point the projectile has. +1 second to cast time, +.1 second cast time for every S.
Wall: the spell is a stationary wall, it stays wherever it was cast until hit, once hit it can collapse. Not AOE compatible. Costs 3 points. 1 magic point for every 2 HP the wall has. +1 second to cast time, +.1 second cast time for every 2 HP the wall has. Can be used to block off melee fighters, some projectiles and too block off paths etc.
