What are Bowser's win conditions? Because 4-A Khorne is just restricted influence in a specific material universe. He's not actually present, and Bowser sure as hell couldn't hurt him, if he was.

...even if we assumed Khorne was both present and actually just a 4-A entity by himself, I don't think making Bowser's victory requirements being to kill or KO the metaphorical embodiment of war itself is really...possible.
 
2B Khorne is the strongest 2B there is off of raw power alone, and that's not even getting into how he resists anything bowser has and ironically has pretty potent hax of his own. I'm going with him.

Honestly probably a stomp, since all of bowser's shit gets negged and bowser probably has no hope of matching up to AP.
