Both act in character, fight is in the middle of the night on a very cloudy and rainy day. the rest is SBA to up there. both have previous knowledge of eachother and have 1 day and until 10pm of prep time. Composite Human could probably build a UV Light machine, and he'd definitely beat Dio with it... but he doesn't have knowledge about him, so he'd probably go in the fight with heavy weaponry and get killed. I'd say it'd be a lot more interesting if you gave both onr day of prep and knowledge on the other- that way, it wouldn't simply be a matter of "point light at dio" since he'd have his zombies and also possibly hypnotized/charmed humans (it's something he does in canon, remember how he used Poco to lure Jonathan and pals in a trap?)

Alright, what is likely going to happen is that CH is gonna prepare a bunch of UV lights, he could probably set them up everywhere before the battle starts but since I doubt those actually exist, at least not strong enough to reliably kill vampires, he'd have to custom make them, since he has only one day I doubt he could make too may, even considering his skill. So he would likely only have a bunch. I do think it would be enough to defeat Dio and his zombies tho.

Well, the changes were requested by Armorchompy. I could revert it back to CH just having 1 day of prep time but no previous knowledge. Also, Dio too has a day of prep time and previous knowledge

It's actually more even this way when you think about it, now both have a chance, before CH had no realistic way to win. But I'm fine with it being changed back to the other way. It's not my match after all lol

Does "rebuff overdrive" sound familiar to you? He also applied hamon to the tommy gun to hit Straizo with it, which kinda didn't work due to the scarf Straizo had.

Uh, fodder JoJo zombies are 9-B, CH is 9-C, they'd definitely be at least a problem. But without the right equipment, he stands no chance of overcoming Dio's regen. Unless he had explosives maybe.

It's CH with technology though. You need Mid regen to survive shot in head and fodder zombies have Mid-Low only

With the new ruleset yes, and that's why I voted him. But he would have some problems if Dio hypnotized humans en masse, and he does have knowledge on CH.

Even if CH bring his UV lights, there will be too much zombies for him to handle while Dio have better options like Eye beams from the distance or bring some historical characters to fight. Voting Dio

Joseph used Hamon to reflect Straizo's beams. Unless you make Ch a Hamon master, that's out of the realm of possibility.

Anyways, somwething leads me to thinkt hat either CH doesn't ahve enough prep-time/equipment and gets curbed by Dio, or he has enough of it to absolutely destroy him. So basically, stomp no matter hw you would look at it, but I don't know yet, this is just a first thought.

Joseph tricks Straizo into firing at a mirror and it just breaks through it, keep in mind they aren't actual eye lasers, just high pressure blood.

Also, I just realized, with no knowledge, CH would probably just grab the strongest chemical weapons he has, other than a bunch of really strong weapons, and a suit to resist them. And since Dio is not actually undead, and does not have any resistance to those...

It should be noted however that they might not work on zombies, since those ARE undead. Dunno, it might.
