In all seriousness, Zeed for the normal reasons. Basically he eats Lucemon and goes all resistance on whatever hax Lucemon has.

Well yeah....I don't see them killing each other. I may be wrong tho.

Lucemon can't really put down Zeed due to his high resistances and absorbtion, While Zeed ain't safe as things did not go very well the last time he fought a godlike being with very powerful sealing.

Overall inconclusive. (While Lucemon can't kill Zeed, Zeed could potentially get his ass sealed again.)
