The storm calc is a bit complicated because it happens when Ifrit is "summoned" after Shizue loses control over Ifrit due to her old age and gets counter-possessed by him, though the "storm" appears before Ifrit fully manifests himself into Shizu's body. So the question is, is the resulting storm a feat by Shizue under control of Ifrit, or is Ifrit already using his own powers?
We decided to just roll with making it Ifrit's feat in the end because it was ultimately all about him and the weather and clouds kept up during the battle against Ifrit, but immdietly disappeard when Rimuru defeated Ifrit, so Shizue herself was retrofitted from "Low 7-B" to "Low 7-C, At Least 7-A with Ifrit" (her "peak" version accordingly with an "at least" attached to her base-form), during our global TSSDK upgrade for the more powerful characters of the LN up until vol. 4.
But we are getting off-topic here.
