Luffy are normally Small country level vs Glass cannon name OO qant (small country level at his best with at most city level durability)

The gap is so big that Luffy can breath on OO qant and setsuna die.

I mean teleport and mind read may make setsuna survive longer but i doubt setsuna use Tran am sword without make a huge opening.
