HwG-Bracket Round 14 (Joo Seo Cheon vs Rocket)

I don't even need to say who is more a more skilled combatant between them - one is an old man who went back in time with 87 years worth of experience from all kinds of fields like medicine, poisons, sword arts, and martial arts. At the same time, him creating plans to control the two biggest powers in the world - Murim Alliance and the Dark Heaven. In skills and intelligence Joo-Seo clearly wins.

In physical statistics, Joo also is superior including stamina, and normal range but once the fire weapons are brought up then Rocket is superior.

The only superior thing that Rocket has is the range for as long as he has the bullets and the equipment as Joo only has a sword.

While Rocket can be annoying with a gun I don't see any chance for him to defeat someone who has superior physical stats, intelligence, martial arts, can create after-images, can create airwaves to attack with sword swings, can absorb energy from the world to recover his one if the fight is prolonged, and cand use his energy for multiple uses.

Unless Rocket has the accuracy and precision to consistently get a fatal hit with his first couple shots from outside Joo’s range, this looks pretty clear cut. Once the surprise factor of guns is lost (which will be quick, since Joo-Seo seems to come from a verse with people who fire bows as far as the maximum effective firing range of Rocket’s guns) Rocket seems to have very little chance here.
I’ll vote Joo-Seo as well

bump. Currently looks like Joo wins.
