How skilled is rudolf? Irrc, clef was pretty skilled at taking down reality warmers and the like.

Maybe @Lord_JJJ can explain more, but from what I remember of Rudolf in the VN he is essentially just slight more skilled than an amateur with guns. Not sure how skilled he is with other stuff.
