Ging would also scale then as he is stronger then razor

He was only stated to be on par by Pitou but Meruem didnt go full power until Netero gambled telling him his real name so i dont think that Adult gon is equal to Pre rose Meruem

So yeah Low 7-C Kitec seems reasonable, which would scale to Ging and possibly Razor.

True but Gon wasn't using Nen to protect himself so it isn't as impressive as it could be.

low 7-C makes more sense, I mean Netero by who by the Chimera Ant arc said that Pitou was stronger than him making him more towards baseline 7-C. He could have been possibly higher in his prime much like Hiruzen (just wish they were both 7-B so I could put them in a match up).

I would say Uvogin, Phinks, Feitan, Nobunaga, Machi, Hisoka, Illumi, Chrollo, Silva, Zeno, Razor, Ging, Zazan. Pouf, Kurapika.
I think that's about everyone with a profile who scales.

This plus Godspeed Killua and Gon with JJK are what are currently scaling to Bonolenov unless I'm forgetting anyone
