So there is a new Pokemon named as Kommo-o who has enough power to casually destroy the surrounding landscape of its home with uppercuts . How strong would that be? Here's a video of Kommo-o's habitat.

If this is true then the Tapu's would scale.

That entry is pretty vague, it could be just demolish those rock wall (don't know the correct term) in that video, that could varie from 9-B+ to 8-C, possibly higher

Well it does say surronding landscape. So pretty much anything around them.
