How strong would 100 Years Time-skip Goku would be if DBGT came after DBS?

This is my assumption. Assume Goku by the end of Dragon Ball Super is the same tier as Zeno who is Tier 2-C, and all the event happens in Dragon Ball GT afterwards, and they are all canon to Dragon Ball Super timeline, and is not an alternate side-story. This is what I have to say.

If Dragon Ball GT came after Dragon Ball Super, 100 Years Time-skip would be beyond the likes Zeno, so there is no way he would be Low 2-C. If I recall correctly Goku stated Baby Vegeta's Ki is the strongest Ki he has ever felt, so that would automatically put him above Zeno as well.

True, so we shouldn't use Zeno to powerscale anyone in GT, so let's keep it to the strongest opponent Goku has ever fought so far in Super as powerscaling instead, and that would be Whis.
