How fast would someone's reaction time be if they can see the individual movements of a harp's strings?

In Skyward Sword, Link was watching Zelda playing the Goddess Harp, and his perception slowed down to the point where he could see the harp strings moving. And the only reason I'm asking the is because he was so early on in the game that he hardly knew he was the Hero of Time yet.

Now we just need to know how many times does a harp string oscillate (moving back and forth at a regular speed) per second. However, this may not be impressive in terms of Link's speed.
