Horsemen Instinctive Reaction

Basically, all the Horsemen should have Instinctive Reaction, as they all have some sort of ability that lets them counter attacks right before they hit. Even if they're busy fighting a different enemy, or completely turned around, they can dodge or block attacks on reflex.

War's Block Counter even directly states that "his reflexive instincts have awoken", so it's pretty easy to determine.
