Scenario 2: Kratos with the Power of Hope; Homura as his Full Power stat tells

In scenario 1, are you using Full Power Homura like in the second or are you equalizing the AP/Durability of one of his weaker forms to Kratos? I'm not sure because of the different wording.

Either way, Homura starts with a clear advantage in intelligence and range, which are slight edges. Now, if I'm reading Kratos' power section right, GoW3! or PoH!Kratos don't seem to have any counters for Homura's space-time techniques, and Homura is smart enough to take advantage of that. ST Bend + "you can't approach me technique" makes it so that Kratos attacks can't reach Homura, followed by ST Crushing to kill Kratos. Homura can also summon Iod to drain Kratos' life force with its sword until he leaves Kratos' mind trapped in his corpse or he can summon Daoloth to BFR Kratos.
