Being sent into an alternate dimension, Superman learns that Homelander cares more about his own image, rather than the lives of others, so he goes to take him down.

Earth is completely void of any life except for Superman and Homelander, SBA otherwise.

SVS was 8-C for one issue and his one feat was leaping after a fast rocket. He's suppose to early Golden Age Supes, so he is (supposedly) able to leap over tall buildings, more powerful than a locomotive and is faster than a speeding bullet.

Homelander here has flight and impressive supersonic travel speeds. And more versatility. Unfortunately I think the corrupt hero triumphs over the champion of the oppressed.
