Seiji's Kyuudan isn't mindhax, its a pretty good law/reality manipulation. Its based on what he deems as negative, which instantly activate his Kyuudan. The opponent is agreeing by their own actions, not because he is manipulating them.

In looking for relevant 682 feats, I found this of 682 taking over an entity trying to absorb it.

SCP-682's containment chamber was purged of acid and SCP-1361 was poured onto SCP-682 from above. SCP-1361 covered and fully engulfed SCP-682 and no activity was observed for 3 hours.
