Highest AP for each tier

Slight correction- Mutation Geralt of Rivia and Monster Dettlaff would be number 3 on High 8-C (Base Geralt is 1.96 tons, with Bloodbath Mutation it gets amped by 3.5x times equalling to 6.86 tons of TNT) while Qin Mu would be number 2 (7.54 tons of TNT) while Mettle from Marvel Comics and anyone else scaling to him (Like Sandman and Rhino) would be number 1 on High 8-C (around 7.9 tons of TNT)
 
Killua after the revisions would get the #1 spot in the High 8-C Tier, 9 tons. But thats aftet the revision.

Does DnD treat multiple infinities as superior to a single infinity? Cause if it’s just size of cosmology then it doesn’t count. (Also where does infinitely above baseline Doctor Who come from?)

Archie Sonic’s verse should probably be the strongest verse in 2-A (if chaos emerald scaling still counts) assuming no other verses treat multiple infinities as superior to a single one.

****. That effectively kicks out Geralt and co. out of High 8-C.
 
Novel Kars (And Novel Dio due to being more or less physically equal) for 6-B.
He's > 98.9 teratons, high 6-B starts off at 100, he's less then 1.1% off the next tier.
 
Unlike scaling 2-A tier, a comparison is made of Elder Gods perceive the 11D as no more than you perceive a single speck of dust
 
If this is purely size then I don't think it matters, since after all the multiverse in DC is also a speck of dust compared to the Dark Multiverse and we all know how that one turned out... If it's a superiority comparison then it's probably fine but wouldn't grant infinitely above baseline.

Then Sailor Moon would be third highest, Invisible Dragon would be 2nd place and Iczer would be top dog.
 
276 Tons doesn't sound like it would qualify at all. I'm fairly sure there's more than 3 8-A+ characters on the wiki.

Rimuru is literally baseline.
