higher with bankai

so I would just like to know if there is a possibility of adding the above sentence to bleach characters who have yet to demonstrate their bankai (characters like most of the captain class vizards, aizen, maybe resurrecsion tosen [weve seen his bankai before, but not in thise form] and ginjo [pretty much same as tosen- he used ichigo's bankai and fullbring, along with his own fullbring, but he never used any of his shinigami powers)

Well, Bankai doesn't always directly lead to more destructive potential though.

Yeah, not to mention it's mere speculation to say that the characters that haven't shown a bankai nor stated to have a bankai do indeed have one when we've seen people like kenpachi as a captain without one.

@repp im just being generalist. I don't mean just ap, or just speed, or just range. I just think that having that in their tiers is kinda necessary (we know that it amps them in a way. that's a fact. I don't know how it amps them, but it does, so I believe that having "higher" next to their tiers is just a bit better).. @theglassman all captains have a bankai. kenpachi is stated in-manga that he is the only one to not have ever had one and be captain.
