High School DxD Downgrade: Fixing Issei's profile

Hey everyone, I hope you are doing well. Another downgrade and this time it is Issei's profile.

I have a lot of complaints about the profile especially the poor quality.

First, we will all notice that the profile has no scans.
Honestly, what is this?

Resistance to Mind Control ([20])

Even the Attack Potency section is disastrous. There is no scan.

Low Multiverse level with Apocalypse AnswerArms (Its attacks while holding back were stronger than "countless" Infinity Blasters from Diabolos Dragon God[82] Has the complete powers of Great Red.[83] Stated to be able to damage Trihexa.[84] Stated to be able to destroy DxD itself.[85][Statistics Values 23])

Sure there is a blog to justify why he scales to 2-C but the blog is not on the verse page.

Next, we can see that uh the profile has a lot of keys, in itself it is not the problem but take the Powers and Abilities section. All the abilities of all his Base keys are in one tab. In a versus it will be a problem because we will have to know what he has in a key and what he does not have. So I suggest to the one who made the page to modify it and separate the abilities according to the keys.

Well, let's move on to what really interests us.

Telepathy & Retrocognition (Can read the thoughts of females and see past events they experienced by listening to their breasts via Pailingual)

Limited, works on women only.

Limited Durability Negation & Limited Resistance Negation (Can bypass defensive abilities and inflict damage to the core of opponents. It can also get through Gressil's Resistance ability)

Limited Durability Negation seems good but definitely not Limited Resistance Negation. It needs to remove the resistance to get the ability. Well I quote the page for simplicity.

However, simply overwhelming something with hax stronger than what they can resist normally wouldn't qualify.

Resistance to Possession (Briefly regained control over his body with sheer willpower after he was possessed)

This is a minor limited resistance. Even the justification is self-explanatory, he can't fully resist possession, i.e. drive the possessor out of his body. The scan.

Resistance to Spatial Manipulation (He was going to survive the collapse of Georg's dimension)

I don't see how it is a resistance.

Absorption (Energy & Power; Can absorb energy from the breasts of females to power his attacks with his tail)

Not only do I need the scan that says he absorbs energy from breasts (from what I know it's just a source of energy for him, related to his will) but it's definitely not Power Absorption.

Regeneration (Can repair his armor if it suffers extensive damage and reform it in the event that it completely disappears)

I don't see any regeneration here. Looks like Restoration.

Additional Limbs (Can create dragon claws from his wings)

Bodily Weaponry instead.

Poison Manipulation (He possesses the power and physiology of Ophis and Great Red, both of whom are immune to Reduce)

Uh if I'm not mistaken, Reduce is supposed to halve the enemy's power so I don't see how it became a poison.

Portal Creation & Dimensional Travel (Tore open a hole in space to enter into a dimension created by Dimension Lost)

This is a big no. He made a hole in space, which is Spatial Manipulation, nothing more.

Large Size & Reactive Evolution (Ryuuteimaru can adapt to change its size and properties and develop new weapons based on Issei's aura and imagination as its source)

This is not Reactive Evolution, it doesn't gain any abilities but rather adapts to create weapons so it's instead Weapon Creation.

Now I'll go through the abilities that suck due to lack of scans.

Resistance to BFR, Absorption, Sealing & Gravity Manipulation (He was able to ignore the effects of Tartarus Abyss)

Uh he ignored the effects of the Abyss, but didn't he get BFRed in the Abyss? I don't see why without context he should get Resistance to BFR and Sealing. On Tartarus' profile I don't see Gravity Manipulation and also I see that his Absorption only works on attacks? You need context and scans otherwise he loses everything.

Resistance to Sealing & Paralysis Inducement (Broke out of Vidar's sealing magic, which was meant to impede his movements.)

Here I have a problem. If he is sealed, it is obvious that he will not be able to move anymore so yeah Resistance to Paralysis Inducement has to go.

Paralysis Inducement (With Breast Power Wave)

Limited, works on women only.
Accepted here.

Attack Reflection

Statistics Amplification

Resurrection (Of others through Evil Pieces)

Resistance to Mind Control ()

Uh need justifications with scans.

Agree and not to mention that the Attack potency is quite outrageous since the only valid for AxA feat scans is when Azazel claims that it can destroy a planet with each Ascalon strike and In the page where Vali destroy a mountain and suddenly give it a Large country+ level…bruh

Shouldn't this be "limited" instead of "minor", I agree with the rest though.

Probably, as long as it's not a full resistance it's fine.

For me a "minor" resistance is more like, let's say you take 1% less damage from fire, or something like that, while a normal resistance would be like taking 50% or less damage from something.
