So Rubia I'd assume can deal with

Alright. Kafka tactic is simple, he just spam Kanata String to use them as flying blades or bind his target and then constrict. 8 understand Rubia does the same with fire attacks, although given Kafka's regen, he can endure as long his brain remain fine.

considering the profile seem outdated, so he would be large building in dura too i guess

It's a typo, most have forget to write the Large part, as Uten do have Large Building as durability.

I don't know how cold Saten dropped the temperature that time, nor is there a calcable way to know who cold Rubia's Frost Blaze is, but that spell is capable of freezing even flames and make them crumble.
Rubia's variety of fire attacks, her illusions, homing attacks, AoE spells, senses, and own intensive combat experience should prove effective here. Rubia also has higher LS than Kafka, so she could pull the threads away or maybe even pull Kafka himself towards her.
