Hendrickson vs. Ulquiorra Cifer

The fight takes place outside Danafor. Both are in character and they start 200 meters apart from each other. Yeah, Demon Hendrickson might be better since they'd look like but you know, Dark Snow and stuff. This is Demon Blood Hendrickson and Segunda Etapa Ulquiorra. Speed is equalized. Who wins?

Then I can see Hendrickson winning if he somehow pulls that ability that makes people... rot away? Because ulquiorra isnt the type to abuse range, he goes close quarters, tho flying is still an advantage for him.

Ulqui cannot regen organs and/or brain. Hendrick was unfazed when King pierced him from every angle. That's why I say its slightly better.

Okay, I just decided to give this to hendrick because Hellblaze + Acid can negate regen. Ulqui likes close quarters so he is likely to receive damage (and deal damage) but hendrick can regenerate while Ulqui cannot, so the Hollow will probably tire or suffer a heavy loss in stamina. Ultimately, Hendrickson would kill him after a long drawn fight.

Lanza del Relampago is like Ulqui's last resort because he cannot aim correctly. He doesnt spam ranged Lanza in character. And Hendrick has ranged attacks to counter and regen to keep him alive (remember his fight with Dreyfus).

Ulqiorra has 39 megatons for his strongest attack, while Hednrickson is at least scaled from Diane who has a 44 megatons. It's a small advantage but still existent as that is Ulqiorra's strongest attack.
