On a more serious note, i don't know whether John can solo the verse but if he can, we have 2 abilites worth considering, Noth Abosloute immunity and NPI+Resistance Negation, the previous basically make it so they are unaffected by any abilites that try to target them (this include layered hax) however raw damage can still affect them, the later allow them to hit or succesfuly affect enemies regardless of their nature or resistance to Noth power.
Resistance go to Unconventional resistance to Concept manip (type 1) and Soul manip (The soul in Anima: Beyond Fantasy is the same thing as the concept, and vice-versa. One would need to affect both to affect a soul), so basically, good luck landing any conceptual attack bud.
Equipment go to Longinus in Omega profile (it's at the last key for P&A).

If anyone want to do it, i would also recommend The death mage, mainly for limited power bestowal from Gufadgarn and unconventional resistance to power null, absorbtion, modification and mimicry to make it so anyone that want to directly alter the source of the abilites need to target the soul which isn't on any of the body fighting. Combined with Anima resistance unconventional resistance, it would create quite the situation for anyone that try to affect his power.

Lmao, just realized something, once we get Anima resistance, It's nigh-impossible to truly affect John soul or concept, since you are gonna need to both affect the soul and Concept to affect either. Willverse Dantian-esque chamber basically make it impossible to affect both at once since you also need to affect the Hoccruxes too which either the Farum Azula or Historia body could just take it away and they will never find it, if they somehow can, i have a way to deal with it and another that permanently shutdown any attempt to affect his soul due to the nature of the rule.

Kingdom hearts, speed diff mean he can just steal the Keyblade and X-blade to kill anyone that isn't physical and anyone that is native to Quadratum that can't get out would just be considered dead while those that can get out would just get send back:
Get small size type 9 from Yozora for being a native to Quadratum.
Get Immersion and resistance to absorbtion and death manip from Dream eater physiology.

Tensura slime, HDE mean they can't really do anything but wait to die. Get Unconventional resistance to information manip (type 2) and concept manipulation (type1) along with Conceptual manipulation (type1) and absorbtion (all type; 2 layers) from Rimuru.

The reason i get absorbtion is simple, he can just HVP every enemies he have ever face and devour them to gain their power, bypassing the abilities limitation completely. HVP would be slightly weaker than the original and the abilities would only last for severals hundred years but that's more than enough.

Well John can project Amon who can parasitize the blade to make it compliance or turn it into an avatar, this can also be done mid-combat so he can just do it first before speed up to immeasurable.
