The "universe" is officially referred to as "World of Saniro", "Saniro world", "Saniro Town", etc.

So "Saniro" is fine.

Okay, just Saniro will be, however, I´ll also put "(Verse)" after it, as it seems that is for the franchise as a whole, and as it isn´t the actual name of the series, it would likely also make it more fitting.
