Your dura would be 9-B, It depends how fast you falled, and nowhere says if you surved the falling your self.

It is gonna be possibly. We are discussing if it should be normal and scale to his AP and dura or Environmental Destruction

Definitely shouldn't scale to his AP, since he can't just punch and rupture space-time, but it doesn't really fit Environmental Destruction either.
 
Well, it is technically a physical attack and thus not environmental destruction, but for all we know, that could be a sacrificial attack which could still make him a glass cannon. Like do we have evidence that he survives or better yet withstands his own fall?

Nope and nope. That quote is the only thing we have.
 
In that case, I think making it an AP feat is fine, but there is no evidence of durability.

We only have 1 statement on his durability which is "harmless bump" while the other one is talking about his AP nothing about durability. So I guess when flumpty falls it will be a harmless bump or it can be a harmless bump that resulted in a rupture

Incorrect. You're extrapolating info that's not really supported. The quote makes a distinction between the two events, noting them as separate. "Maybe nothing happens, or maybe this happens". He didn't ascribe that the rupture of space-time would be a result from the harmless bump, but that it's something that can happen from the fall.

Since there's no mention of durability, we can't assume he has it.

Two staff agree with this. I suggest you take it.
