I will supose this is helena from DOA considering she is only other 8-c helena

anyways considering helena is a master of a fighting style while copen doesnt seem to be too skilled in any fighting style and the difference in stamina dont seem to be a huge problem

i give it to helena

incase copen can use his standard equipement i give it to him considering he could stay at long range and shot

Voting Helena on this one. She has better skill, and since this is hand to hand with equalized speed, Copen stands little chance. I'm not saying it's a stomp, though.
