Power Null works if hela bears hatred towards Estarossa and IIRC estarossa's soul manip wasn't really explored too deep in terms of combat application.

Its called Having an Advantage not necessarily a stomp.

Is Hela prone to gaining a complete hatred of her opponents through battle? Otherwise, I don't know how well Estarossa's commandment can be used here.

Also, in Tazai all demons are capable of devouring souls to increase their strength. From what we've seen, they sort of punch a human and the soul comes out for them to eat. However, we've never seen this happen to anyone who isn't fodder. The only exception is Merascylla being able to pull souls out, but she is an expert soul manipulator.

The biggest thing Estarossa has going for him is his Attack Reflection to prevent him from taking huge amounts of damage as long as the attacks are physical. If Hela uses more magical, ranged based attacks then I don't really see Escanor being able to win before getting blasted.
