Mach 22? That's pretty fast, faster than what we already have. (implying i got the speed right anyway)
 
I've been thinking of something about Dio. If DIO has FTL+ reactions, and Jonathan has FTL+ reactions, why doesn't Part 1 Dio? Shouldn't it be the same?
 
I do not know. Is backwards scaling appropriate in this case?
 
DIO did say that he (In part 3) wasn't as strong as he was before (in Part 1), iirc, so I'd say the backwards scaling works for Dio

But wouldn't that scale to their combat speed as a whole, since Jonathan and Dio were able to keep up with eachother (and it wasn't a huge dodgefest, which is what FTL+ reactions with lower attack speed would imply)
 
Didn't I make a discussion about why we should make a new speed key for Joseph, one for pre-training and one for post-training? The reason being is that his FTL feat occurred after he trained with Lisa Lisa, and before then his only speed feats were deflecting the Space Ripper Stingy Eyes and keeping up with Santana, the weakest Pillar Man?

I'm curious, where did he even say that? I've gone through SDC in the anime and manga and don't recall him mentioning that in either forms.
 
I could've sworn he said that, but I think it might've just been that he's not entirely settled into Jonathan's body or something like that
 
I don't see how that means he's weaker, more his body hasn't adjusted with Jonathan's. They're equal in Part 1, aren't they? A little baffling, for me anyway.
 
The B/W, Colored, and Anime don't suggest that his AP itself is weaker. It probably just talks about his Regenerationn, or at worst, his durability, which changes nothing considering the Jotaro and DIO fight (DIO lost by trying to kick Jotaro with his left body IIRC).
 
Then change the needed profiles I guess. Then again it Could be been said somewhere else, maybe near the start? Only two other places I coukd think of is his speech near the start of part 3 or with vanilla ice, I'd check myself but I can't right now, out camping.
 
Ironically, Dio is locked. What Azzy said also proves a point, they could just be FTL+ in all forms if they're equal in every way. And if Zeppeli's explosive dodging is Mach 22.4, or HS+, it also buffs him and Pre-Tarkus Jonathan since in their training, they're regarded as being equal in speed.
 
Well worse case scenario is everyone in part 1 and 2 outside of Kars gets downgraded if they don't scale in attack and dura. Unrelated but isn't there a wog statement suggesting high DIO and Ult Kars are comparable?
 
Either Ultimate Kars has a huge outlier feat or Jotaro beating High DIO is an outlier if that's true

Also going back to an earlier topic, Trib thinks that King Crimson scaling to Chariot's speed seems legitimate. Other inputs would help get the sides in the argument cleared out even more, though.
 
Whoops, didn't specify. I meant to talk about its speed. We definitely got AP/Dura down, but not Speed.
 
I don't think they really have enough direct combat to have their speeds scale, but it's been over a year since I read Part 5
 
Well King Crimson gouged out one of his eyes, and still absolutely destroyed pol by almost punching him half, Pol sure didn't react to either and if I recall Diavolo reacted to a Silver chariot slash by crippled pol but the last I think actually hit him still and he was being cautious. I'm gonna go through part 5 anyway for the feats so I'll be able to make a call on that in the next few days, maybe sooner.
 
I already checked many places, the best we have are bullet-timing feats unless I missed something special from one panel.

Not a Part 5 speed feat, but I think it's interesting. Could Secco liquifying this areawith a single punch yield for anything new in terms of AP? I think I'll also put myself on board with KC scaling to Chariot's speed. If it was able to gouge it eyes out without the need to erase time, and while Chariot was attacking, I think that justifies Speed scaling.
 
Isn't that Secco's powers though? Turning stuff into Liquid? I dont know if it coukd scale just like Killer Queen doesn't get city tier AP for being able to atomize metal or a person, it's just hax. Could be wrong though. Although, ya could get a durability feat for Bruno out of it though.
 
Has anyone discussed Hol Horse's/Emperor's stats?

I'm thinking the speed of Emperor's bullets scale to Silver Chariot.
 
On a semi related note to Secco who I'm not sure if scaling his Ap to his hax his okay (although maybe it could, I'm not sure but reading through it he was able to melt even flesh and such which is a bit hax), but what about White Album? It can freeze stuff to at least 210c- bare minimum.
 
Secco and Ghiaccio are tied to their Stands like Diego is, but if it can't apply to their AP for what they do, then it still works for many durability feats. Also, I think I need a source on that temperature count (unless thats another way to say Absolute Zero).

No, the lowest he goes is below 210c- (which he notes saying stuff like air and the elements within it start to freeze 210c- right after doing exactly that, also mentions he can stop a train dead in its tracks), his bio makes mention of absolute zero but the way it's worded i'm not sure if it's talking about his stand or just noting absolkute zero exists.
