Though I'm not super familiar with Senran Kagura, I think this is a nice matchup. My first thought would be range, and Jolyne does definately have the advantage there while Stone Free is in it's unravelled form, and if she were to figure out Haruka's weakness regarding her clothes, she may be able to exploit it using Stone Free's range and remove her clothes. If not it might be possible for her to restrain Haruka long enough to get in close and attack with Stone Free's true form. This is just off the top of my head, so I'd be down to hear other people's thoughts.
 
See the neat thing about Haruka is that, like JoJo characters, when you're fighting her you're basically fighting two people. A lot of her fighting is done with her robot companion which you can see in her profile image. If Jolyne tries to restrain Haruka then the floating robot can just get behind her and stick a chainsaw into her back.
 
I wouldn't say 'more intelligent', just that Haruka has her own guardian, almost like a Stand. I feel like it would be in-character for Jolyne to make taking down that bot her first call, and she'd be able to do it in a few different ways, maybe throwing a net over it and attacking while it's getting itself free? If she's able to take out the bot with that method or any other, I feel like a showdown would come out with Jolyne on top, since she'd have no reason to get in close and could rely on range and string traps.

So for now, count me in as a vote for Jolyne.
 
The robot has a chainsaw, flamethrower, and buzzsaws so escaping a net won't be a problem. Haruka is also capable of dodging so she'll be able to last long enough to get as close as she needs, plus she has her potions which freeze, poison, or burn the opponent when she throws them. Also her Mind Control is through a hairpin that she has to give the person and she's literally only used it once which was in the anime so that won't be a factor here.
 
I'm pretty sure it can,but damage isn't reflected back onto Jolyne when Stone Free is unravelled, Stone Free is also extremely durable, so I think it would at least take a little bit of time for the robot to escape, though it's certainly possible.
 
The robot can fly though and it's pretty mobile so Idk how easily she's going to be able to trap it. Also pretty sure the robot's AP is higher than the stand's durability so even if it does get trapped it should be able to escape with relative ease. And even after all ''that'' Haruka herself is a very skilled combatant even on her own and she has her vials to throw.
 
The robot's AP is the same as Stone Free's dura, City Block Level +. Also, speed is equalized and if it wasn't Stone Free would have the advantage, so I doubt it'd be able to dodge all those strings.
 
Yeah only just. Free only barely and honestly more akin ta building. Only high via fighting enrico otherwise large building. AP only that high when fully formed also man when not only building.
