Hades is the concept of death in Saint Seiya and in Episode G Assasins I see that there are aspects or manifestations of death who are lesser then Hades. So logically they would come from Hades right?

He claims that he is a personification of Death (which again is literally Hades) there are others like him called "The Faceless" I would assume they all come from Hades too since he's the main concept of Death.
