Shame. Ning gets some pretty cool stuff in this key like defensive black hole creation and near-passive power manifestation.
Should this go on? Either Ichigo has higher layers and he kills Ning or he doesn't and Ning puts him down.

No it’s one stomps the other whichever that one may be. Ichigo’s only wincon is passive RC via higher layers so you’re right
