He doesn't have Resistance to Time Stop, in the first time he done that, he could move because he stopped time himself, not because he is "immune" to it, and it is questionable if they truly stopped time, because Darwin said that they "must moving faster than Electricity" and they could turn on a computer and it worked normally, it was just EXTREMELY slow
The second time... Well, Rob wanted to hummiliate Gumball, he could just have stopped time to everyone else and let Gumball move, and if i recall correctly, Gumball and his family were affected by Rob stopping Time in the previous episode

Resistance to reality warping was not accepted.

That was a minority vote since its one person & a vague reason. I'm gonna state the reasons why Gumball has Resistance to Reality warping.

Reasons: Gumball fought through Richard warping reality toward the source of it, Gumball barely got any harmful effects on him from Reality warping, Gumball survived at the core of where Reality is being warped in the first place & didn't turned into goop like their mother just did, Gumball even forced his body to get near Richard while he's warping Reality at the same time and Gumball still managed to do it. Remember, Gumball has once survived the Big Bang, so being Resistant to Reality warping like Richard makes sense.

He's saying that "Gumball still got affect by it" for example is basically means that he needs to have immunity to it or it automatically doesn't count. Resistance =/= Immunity, immunity shouldn't be a requirement since that was only Resistance from Reality warping, nothing else.
