Well yeah, but the MFTL stuff is being separated as Attack speed specifically so it would have to be specified which speeds are whichAlso there's something I wanna mention, if the characters combat, movement, and reactions speed are all equal to each other, it would just be "Relativistic" without any other hang-ups.
