All magician in to aru have anti curses counter measure the most simply being curse reversal, ollerus is almost at the peak of magic so i would say he can counter those.

Ollerus can create spatio-temporal distorting explosions that simply appear on the target, hitting both internally and externally. He can create hundreds of millions/billions of said explosions with a thought.

Not exactly 50/50 Othinus >= Ollerus ~ LPSaD w/o the right.

Ollerus fights with 50/50 will always end in a stalemate, thats just how it works with them. Shes stronger but due to her restrictions that's not as good as it sounds. Nerfed LPSaD and Ollerus are vaguley comparable and still just stalemated 50/50 together with a 50% chance. 50/50 Othinus only beats IB & IT Touma because his misfortune bumps her up to her 100% momentarily. Ik its hard to tell with the profile wording and AP is weird with these two.

Ollerus matched blows with this chick faster then the cast could even watch it, so yeah, probably
