Green Lantern Corps Feats Verification and Sources

All the Universal Tier feats are Pre-Crisis; otherwise, they'd be outliers/PIS

I've had to deal with people on Twitter trying to justify Universal Hal Jordan because of Krona, Kilowag, and that Pre-Crisis feats should transfer over because of Kilowag.

It's because that panel that shows Kilowog surviving explicitly states that the other Green Lanterns survived in that manner, too. Their rings protected them from the Crisis.

The question is how they survived the Crisis. Was it brute force durability, small scale reality warping, or other hax?

Based on the panels, It appears that the ring absorbed his life energy along with the planet and survived somehow. It was able to maintain Kilowag's body afterward, but not his people without enough energy.

Kilowog didn't tank the entire Multiversal Crisis Wave. Kilowog describes the event in Green Lantern Corps Vol 1 #218 November 1987.

The Crisis Wave occurs, but Kilowog's universe isn't destroyed, only the planet and likely others. Other stars are even shown in the background.

How do we judge Will Power Hal Jordan scaring away an alternate Parallax Hal Jordan?

They also mentioned Kyle Rayner holding back the Big Bang ( im assuming it's Our Worlds at War but idk the context)

Isn't Pre-Crisis Hal supposed to be Low 2-C anyway scaling from Supes?

Also we need a Low 2-C key for Hal.

Tbh there is no Pre or Post Crisis Hal Jordan, and his profile need some revisions too

People just think Hal was rebooted, but there's no point in it. As the main characters and the vast majority was rebooted, people tend to understand that Hal was also rebooted. The argument they use is that Hal has had his story recounted, but that does not mean anything. It was only a basis for the season's public not to get lost.

During several comics, there are connections mentioned with the Pre Crisis "phase" and Hal still remembers things that happened there. And there was no way he was to suffer reboot, he was in the universe of Anti Matter at the moment and would not be (and was not) affected

For those who survived the Crisis, it's not that their history's are rebooted, but their abilities are. From what I've seen, Post-Crisis Hal has 1 feat in 1985 to 2011 that might be Universal: Defeating Krona. That's not very consistant.

I'm pretty sure that these Hal feats were made with him amped with will power or in other specific conditions, it's not as if in the base form he could do it

We should make changes

For Hal: ... Up to X level while amped with Will Power

We can easily scale Hal amped with Will Power as Universal level or even higher, like, amped with WP he is faaaar way from the 4-B Tier and have Universal level feats as well

Post-Crisis Green Lantern won't be any higher than 4-B. White Lanterns and Ion keys for some of them sure, but not the Green Lanterns. Pre-Crisis would also be a different story.

Medeus, it seems you did not understand what is being debated here. Hal Jordan has always been portrayed as being the most powerful Green Lantern, him amped with will power is far above his Tier, having feats on other scales above 4-B. There is no Pre Crisis Hal Jordan, just Hal Jordan

If we have the consistant feats supporting a Will Power amped Hal Jordan as above 4-B, then I don't see why a key can't be argued.

Well, Superman's best feats in Post-Crisis are 4-B and we already discussed countless times none of the main Justice League members are going the be any higher than that. Matt and Ant have discussed extensively about that.

Ok, but thats is Hal with Will Power, and this is potrayed to be far higher than his current Tier, as he have feats for a higher Tier

Pretty sure Kyle is the most powerful one... Or at least the most talented.

Not what this is about. We are talking about a boosted Hal Jordan. His baseform is still 4-B, but when he is at max Willpower, he becomes 3-A.

Hal is potrayed to be the stronger, but meh, I will not discuss this. I will make a blog with Hal's feats and then his profile
