So her ESP is kinda like spider sense? And does it apply to physical damage only or...?
 
It's different from the spider sense. When they were at a party and two people from another universe who had bad intentions walked near her here it activated, and when they were near a portal that lead to a different universe it activated. It simply activates when something bad is about to happen, and while it caused painful headaches early in the series, she seems to not get headaches anymore.

However it's not going to activate every time. It's more so going to activate and tell her that Hal is dangerous and she'll basically have her guard up from the get go.

How quick is she to use EE? Cause that can work on HAL. HAL has EE resis because of passive anti matter resistance, but I think her EE should be able to bypass that and erase his powers or ring or energy.

Not quick. Like almost every character in W.I.T.C.H., she and the other Guardians don't use their hax in character even during serious battles. They use them only when the situation calls for it, which is sad because they have decent abilities that could help them in combat.

Example: They used their magic to erase the evil magic from the flowers to help the beings on that planet but never bother to use existence ensure on other magic or people that haven't shown resistance.

Example 2: Irma (the water Guardian) accidently turned a kid into a frog, she later shows that she can do this with a wave of her hand on another boy that she liked to prove she was magic. However, she never bothered to do this on any of her enemies throughout the entire series because... reasons.

Example 3: Corneila (the earth Guardian) has the ability to make whatever she wants happen. She wanted her room to clean itself and it did, she called her little sister a toad and her voice became that of a frog, she even states she's been controlling what happens in her school but doesn't bother to do this in combat and force the enemy to do what she wants.

Example 4: Will has the Heart of Kandrakar (You can see the tabber on her powers and abilities section). She used it early in the series to create duplicates of herself and others, turn invisible, and teleport. However, it's revealed later that the heart only amplifies there powers and they could use those powers without it. They end up using Invisibility, Teleportation, and Duplication but completely ignored the power to turn enemies into the size of an insect or instantly knock them out with a flash of light.

I have many, many more examples but I don't want to derail and go on a rant about what the characters should do in combat.

Will's In Character Style
I'll simply say Part 7 - 9 Will's main focus is decent hand to hand combat and energy blasts. She can also create constructs like forcefields for protection or to bash her opponents. She uses invisibility to get the drop on her opponent (it creates a magic barrier around her that renders everything inside it invisible to those outside of it), and uses teleportation to escape her opponents (she can also teleport others but this was only used to bring her team to her location, never against her opponent).

Many of her abilities were used in a specific situation and she never tried to incorporate them in actual combat unless needed such as when she needed to change the frequency of her voice to effect the people from the Fast World who were vibrating at a different frequency so couldn't be touched. Besides what I said she does above, anything else is out of character and will be less likely for her to use. So Existence Erasure isn't going to be a go to thing.

I think I will go for HAL due to power null, time travel - can trap her in the past or the future, bio manip, sleep manip, and fear manip.
