STORY:

Boros invades the Spice City after hearing that an extremely powerful psychic lives here. The destruction was not as big as in City Z, but no one appreciated the intruders anyway. Boros announces that he is taking over this planet and demands to send the strongest warrior of the Earth to him. Mob is about to go to him, but Reigen stops him, saying that he should not waste energy on people with childish goals and ambitions. Only an adult is able to guide him on the true path. Leaving Shigeo to prepare for the exams, Reigen 1000% ascends to the ship.

Additional conditions:

Reigen got absolutely all of Mob's energy at that moment. But it shouldn't scale to bravery, because Shigeo hadn't yet discovered that emotion back then. Therefore, it has a result between the strongest and weakest emotion

We don't scale MB to the CSRC at all. And he certainly doesn't downscale because he has no reason to.

boros probably won't be convinced, since he considers fighting someone on his level "giving his existence stimulation" and when saitama annoys him he just goes more all out and destroys himself with csrc

not in a literal sense, it just drains all of his stamina and makes his regeneration completely nonexistent, which is basically a self destruct when the opponent can one shot you.
