From what I’ve pieced together, they’re seemingly real, insofar that they’ve been given to highly important Gravity Falls accounts. (Tricken, ThatGFFan, etc.), and are also sourced by old accounts whose last messages came a decade ago (Cipher Hunt/During GF’s runtime, a la crew plants like the McGucket Leak). Meaning WE won’t be able to find them in our shows, but for all intents and purposes they’re real for the meta-story Bill is within. At least, that’s what I’m guessing currently.
