Especially with the Bill Cipher Disney Book invasion and the lore we got from Gus’ copy. Such as how the book can’t have its photo taken—The pages glitch out. It’s infecting other novels. It immediately knows your secrets and preys on them per individual who picks it up. It’s immortal. Etc.

Context of why Bill feared the fate of the Nightmare Realm, and it's not because it would explode like the Rift. Due to it lacking physics, it was "slowly unraveling at the seams, unstable, careening towards complete meltdown". The Edge of Reality, or the Force of Boringness is an event that happens to every reality, it was getting closer and closer to the Nightmare Realm, and in a trillion years everyone who isn't sheltered in a stable dimension would be erased from reality.
