Bill Cipher and Time Baby had a battle inside the Nightmare Realm prior to the first gaining a physical form. Their battle destroyed six planets and caused radiation that SETI still picks up. Time Baby was blasted out of the Nightmare Realm and his crash to Earth was responsible for extinguishing the dinosaurs, which eventually was the reason of him freezing in a glacier during the Ice Age.

So overall it looks like this so far:
- Rip 1-B Bill;
- Many more abilities for Bill like AE, Soul Absorption and stuff;
- 2-A should not even be questioned;
- Low 1-C stays;
- Time Baby and Mindscape Bill get Tier 6-5 scaling;
- Cosmology overall has infinite of Low 1-C structures but it is useless for scaling to anyone;
I will still use 1-B scaling off-site anyways.

I personally agree, but since we don't know if the planets were destroyed one per one rather than one per time and how exactly they got destroyed, "At least Country level+, likely at least Planet level" looks the safest option

Time Baby stats. Weighs 600 tons, last-survivor of the Chrono-Giants. His army can age you backward, "pause" you forever with a time bomb, or "thwarting your plans before you even think of them". Bill also cannot enter his mind without getting erased due to not having object permanence.

IIRC, Bill is directly connected to the Nightmare Realm and, since it is the reason of the strange stuff on Gravity Falls, we have more proof of Probability HaxWeirdness operates as a law in the Gravity Falls universe, it functions by manipulating probability to attract anomalies.
