Actually, I think the DREAM DEMON should be able to use his DREAM POWERS normally.

Personally this makes sense, but do you have actual proofs?

It seems like the main reason why Bill is so powerful is because he is able to use the powers of Mindscape in the Real World, this is shown because in Weirdmageddon he uses similar powers

This would imply his Pre-Weirdmageddon key does not have Mindscape powers, and it’s not hard proof either tbh

• When he made the bottomless pit through punching the ground.
• When he spread plagues in egypt.
• When he physically broke free from that ball in the medieval times.
• When he made a portal in WW2.
• When he took the deer's teeth.
• When he put Mabel to sleep.

We have enough showings of him being able to use his hax outside the NR/Mindscape.

No problem. I was also going to comment on Mabel being put to sleep, (as it was done via a possessed person and while the rift is open), but Bill does say he can give those he possesses his powers, so I figure that’s okay.

Shion... Range is irrelevant when you deal with high AP, especially with infinite power.

It doesn't matter if the AoE is even 1 CM, anything that's destroyed within that range is completely gone.

There's a reason why atomization has a calcable AP.

Characters with infinite 3D energy (or more) output in limited time can technically (we has not yet been able to separate baryons into their quarks and observe quarks on their own) disintegrate matter down to the macro-quantum (indivisible as far as we know) level but you need feats for disintegrate into quantum particles (indivisible) or destroy (in this case erasure) macro-quantum particles.

High-Godly resurrection and NEP Aspect Type 2 interaction for Bill were never accepted in the hax revision thread.

Resurrect from the erasure of some concept type 3 and equivalent abstract aspects in addition to the body, mind and soul is not considered a high-godly regeneration if the abstract aspect in question takes the body, mind and soul as objects and is erased with their erasure, but I can see a good argument for Bill's high-godly regeneration. It's something debatable.

I'll specify in the BoB CRT 2.0 that the Mindscape isn't a conceptual place, and the best Bill has about it is CM 2 NPI/Creation.

I also imagine the story based talk is directly correlated with Hirsch’s growing disdain for the lack of respect artists/creatives have in their own industry, and how it’s those creatives which influence and inspire more artists to take up and replace the creatives of the previous generation. I mean, you can FEEL it oozing out of the text. A large portion of the Book is Bill taking advantage of the talented (which yes, he already did, canonically, but this was MASSIVELY exaggerated in the BoB) and attempt to use creatives to fuel his evils. This lead to psychological damage, suicide, and the creation of “bad art.” Art without the good will and soul of someone who genuinely is passionate of their work.

It’s these creatives stories are what draws people in, are what’s immortal. Not the evil and greed of the companies that ruthlessly bind themselves to them. And Bill seems like he’s the stand in for their negative influence. As he puts it: “I’M MICKEY MOUSE!”
