Bill can´t even really access anything besides the Mindscape and the NR without possession, no? Why we should list it then?

It's not even a weakness, it's just how he works tbh. Especially when the SBA says that the battle happens in the irl Central Park.
A weakness would be if Bill was something like a Darkner who is completely powerless outside the Dark World, but Bill ain't that lol.

And Bill has been in NR for a trillion of years out of trillion and 12 years he lived? Lol. In-series wise, he was always shown in the Mindscape, the only exception being him flying as shadow when entering Stan’s mind and following Dipper and Mabel in the beginning of Sock Opera.

Uh, if you wanna do this, I think it’s better to make Mindscape a separate key, and Pre-Weirdmageddon its own key, or smth like that. Because iirc Bill should not have his Mindscape P&A outside of Mindscape

This kinda implies that Bill’s abilities in Mindscape are thanks to the Mindscale itself (like Dipper and etc.) unless proven otherwise

Actually, I think the DREAM DEMON should be able to use his DREAM POWERS normally. It seems like the main reason why Bill is so powerful is because he is able to use the powers of Mindscape in the Real World, this is shown because in Weirdmageddon he uses similar powers

EDIT: It’s also pretty interesting that Bill outright calls himself “Billy” here, a nickname we only learn about in the BoB. Presumably meaning it was recorded after it was mostly completed, as it’s falling in line with newly established canon information. (Not saying the short itself is canon—Stan breaks the 4th Wall here, after all, but I do think It’s fascinating and worth pointing out).
